Puis-je retourner un produit après l’avoir reçu ??
You can return the purchased products if the custom design does not match your approved design, if the products were damaged during transport and if there is an error on the manufacturing of the product. If for some reason your delivery is late and the products arrive with you for example after your event, we will NOT take them back.
Note : SCARFF® uses a big safety period to cover some delay in transportation or customs to prevent the goods te be delivered late.
How can I return a product?

Who covers the shipment expenses in case of return?
SCARFF® will refund you the whole price of the order plus the shipment expenses. We will arrange a pick up of the product at the delivery address.
When will I receive the money if I return a product?
After the returned items are received at SCARFF® headquarters, the payment might take up to 10 working days to reach the client (counting from the reception date).
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us. Usually orders can be cancelled within 48 hours. After that we can try, but no guarantee. Once the products have left our production facility in Asia, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
Is there a guarantee for the products bought at SCARFF®?
We believe in high-quality products. Defects or imperfections due to incorrect use or handling of the material or the wear and tear caused by normal use of said item are not covered by this guarantee.
