Fire Safety Equipment

We recommend that your fire safety equipment is maintained at least on an annual basis (British Standard Code of Practice BS5306 Part 3). We have highly competent and fully trained engineers with years of experience who will install and service your equipment on a regular basis ensuring it is ready to use at times of emergency.



We pride ourselves in providing a high quality service and the equipment we supply is manufactured to the highest standards. Where applicable they are approved to BS EN3 and all products carry a 5 year warranty provided they are serviced in accordance with the requirements of BS 5306.

We supply and install fire safety signs covering location and identification of fire fighting equipment, fire action instructions, emergency escape routes and further important signs expressing prohibition, warnings and mandatory information.

We can provide annual testing and maintenance of both Dry and Wet Risers in accordance with British Standards which states it is the responsibility of the property owner or managing agent to ensure the system is visually inspected every 6 months and serviced annually to ensure that the equipment is ready for immediate use in an emergency.
